The Outreach Ministry extends the warmth and light of Christ to those who are isolated. By organizing care packages, sending handwritten cards, and delivering gifts, our volunteers ensure that hospitalized patients, nursing home residents, and assisted living community members remain connected to our parish family.

We also proudly honor those who have served our nation and local communities. Through targeted outreach, we minister to veterans, active-duty military families, and first responders, offering them ongoing prayer, appreciation, and tangible support to thank them for their daily sacrifices.
